The rugged handles feature removable knurled chucks that securely hold the punch pins while providing excellent control during detailed firearm work.

Constructed from fatigue-resistant cold-rolled steel (CRS) with a tensile strengh exceeding 140,000 PSI, the handles are built for long-term durability. The replaceable punch pins are manufactured from specialized tool steel and are oil-hardened to Rc 58-60, with annealed heads rated at Rc 42-45 for strength and longevity. The pins can also be ground to custom lengths, making the system highly adaptable for specialized gunsmithing applications.
