The SAC Modular Sizing Die in a pre-built kit that includes a neck/shoulder bushing and decapping expanding mandrel that provides 0.003” of neck tension. Just pick your cartridge, SAC has combined everything else needed!

“The Modular Sizing Die” uses a unique design where the die body sizes the cartridge’s body geometry, and a “Neck / Shoulder Bushing” controls the shoulder and neck geometry. This versatility allows one die body to serve the entire cartridge family.

After analyzing precision CNC machines and tooling, SAC designed the Modular Sizing Die to use shallow tapers instead of threads to center and secure the Solid Decapping Pin accurately. This tapered geometry achieves exceptional concentricity and repeatability.

The die’s sizing geometry intentionally sizes the base a bit more than the shoulder compared to other resizing dies, which helps prevent extraction issues with fired brass in properly sized chambers. Their shoulder sizing geometry minimizes case runout and reduces overworking of the brass by limiting shoulder sizing.
