Developed by Berger Chief Ballistician Bryan Litz, the Berger 30-Caliber Hybrid Target Bullets incorporate both a secant and tangent ogive. The tangent ogive enables reloaders to choose the bullet-seating depth of their choice, giving them much more flexibility in cartridge construction. The secant ogive enhances performance against the wind.
